Hello, everyone,

I'd like to explain my approach to working together. My goal is to provide you with safe, tailored herbal wellness or skincare education for your unique needs. I believe it is critical to allow you a full 30-minute or 1 hour session with me, so that you feel heard, rather than rushed. For those booking a 1-hour herbal consultation, I carefully consider any prior diagnoses and prescriptions you may bring from a licensed medical professional. We will also carefully discuss the holistic picture of you: sleeping, eating, and drinking habits, which are critical to your overall wellness.

I will not provide education about herbs and supplements other than those that have been shown to bring about change in our bodies during clinical trials and/or have been published about in peer-reviewed journals and textbooks material. I do not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure conditions and diseases. Safety is always the first priority. For those who are currently under the care of a licensed medical professional, my approach is to respect and support the care you are already receiving, including thoroughly reviewing and working with any prescriptions you may already have. This can include conversations with your medical professional if I have your written consent to do so, especially for those who desire to gradually reduce their usage of pharmaceuticals. My perspective is that herbs and pharmaceuticals can work in harmony with each other. It can be very harmful to abruptly stop using a prescription or tapering off without first addressing your concerns with your medical professional.

To keep my schedule tidy and your care thorough, herbal consultations are prepaid at the time of booking. Once your session is reserved, you'll receive a confirmation email with details and a simple reschedule link, which is valid up to 24 hours in advance. I look forward to meeting you soon!

About Private Consulting Sessions and Group Workshops

Private sessions are reserved with secure pre-payment so that we can both be fully prepared for your consultation time.

Private 30-minute skincare sessions are $25. These are best for quick assessments and discussions about herbs for skincare and/or hair needs.

Private 1-hour sessions are $75. All private 1-hour sessions include a thorough review of any medical records you choose to upload via the secure booking form, as well as any diagnoses you have obtained from a licensed medical professional (i.e., RN, MD,, etc.),. You will receive tailored education about herbs that have been shown to help the conditions with which you have been previously diagnosed, as well as support any pharmaceutical prescriptions you may already have from your medical professional.

Pricing for herbal education workshops and group consulting vary by group size and time. Please contact for pricing.
